Joint Committee on the Investigation of the Pearl Harbor Attack

The attack precipitated the United States involvement in the Second World War.  At the conclusion of the war, a Joint Congressional Committee was established "make a full and complete investigation of the facts relating to the events and circumstances leading up to or following the attack."
