Military Situation in the Far East (MacArthur Hearings)

In 1950, when hostilities broke out in Korea, General Douglas MacArthur was put in charge of the United Nations forces.  On April 11, 1951, General MacArthur was relieved of command.  The United States Senate Committee on Armed Services conducted a series of hearings on the move.
