The Print Reference Collection at the Central Library

The Boston Public Library has an extensive print literature reference collection located at the Central Library in Copley Square on the 2nd floor of the McKim Building located in the Washington room. The collection includes encyclopedias, handbooks, dictionaries, and more.  A selected list of titles are listed here. Click on the subject headings attached to the reference titles included, or search the catalog, for additional resources. Useful subdivision headings to use when searching include:
