To speak directly with a Health Navigator, contact the Mayor’s Health Line (MHL). MHL Navigators are trained and certified staff from from the Health Connector and MassHealth. They can answer questions about health insurance available through the Marketplace, health plan options available through MassHealth, and assist you with the application and enrollment process.

1. MassHealth
In Massachusetts, Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) are combined into one program, MassHealth.
2. Massachusetts Health Connector
The Health Connector is the state's health insurance Marketplace. Individuals, families, and small businesses use it to help find health insurance plans that meet their needs and fit their budgets.
